Admiral Media
Admiral Media, a leading European creative performance agency, tested Snapchat Unified Attribution to improve Android install performance for a dating app, comparing install volume and cost per install with Snap Outcomes in AppsFlyer.
“Our client uses AppsFlyer to measure campaign performance, so that’s where we needed to see results. We started testing Unified Attribution while it was still in beta, and it helped bring Snapchat’s optimization closer to the outcomes we were measuring. Our client recorded 38% more Android installs and an 11% lower cost per install on Android with Snapchat Unified Attribution versus Snap Outcomes, measured in AppsFlyer.¹”

Improving Android app-install performance
Admiral Media worked with a dating app that used AppsFlyer to measure campaign performance. The agency tested Unified Attribution on Snapchat to see whether it could generate more Android installs and reduce cost per install (CPI).
Using AppsFlyer signals to guide optimization
Unified Attribution combines Snapchat’s first-party attribution signals with signals from an advertiser’s mobile measurement partner (MMP) to help align app campaign optimization more closely with MMP-reported outcomes.
For this test, Admiral Media used AppsFlyer-attributed install signals. From July 3–29, 2026, the team compared Unified Attribution with Snap Outcomes in an Android campaign test optimized for app installs.
More installs and a lower CPI
A dating app managed by Admiral Media recorded 38% more Android installs while achieving 11% lower cost per install with Snapchat Unified Attribution versus Snap Outcomes, measured in AppsFlyer. 1
