Seeing strong early engagement with their Business Profile, Call of Duty quickly realized that they needed to give Snapchatters a unique reason to stay tuned-in on Snap. 

The Solution

From November to December of 2020, Call of Duty increased the number of Snaps they posted to their Story by 40%, added a full-body tracking Lens that transformed users into an iconic Call of Duty character, and launched an exclusive merch shop using Snapchat’s Shopify integration.1 They then used cross-channel promotion to give fans everywhere a look into what expect from the brand on Snapchat.

The Results

Traffic to the Call of Duty Business Profile surged with an increase of 162% from November to December 2020.1 Engagement on the profile was also way up with subscriber growth increasing 240% and Snaps viewed increasing 153% month over month.1
