The Story: Tamam Implemented Adjust’s Snapchat Integration

By offering a stress-free route to loan approval, Tamam has positioned itself as one of Saudi Arabia’s go-to fintech services.

Taking customers from app download to final approval in mere minutes, the company has been expediting the loan process since its establishment in 2019.

Removing any obligation to visit a physical bank, customers have been securing financial support from the comfort of their own homes for over five years.

Recently, Tamam’s primary KPIs were to drive app installs and loan registrations within the app – using MMP (Adjust) as its source of truth.

The Solution: to Identify Behaviors and Actions

Using Adjust’s Snapchat integration, Tamam was able to measure the performance of its marketing efforts on Snapchat campaigns.

The aim was to allow Tamam to view Snap performance holistically through Adjust’s reporting and dashboards. These insights would allow the brand to make the best possible budget allocation decisions to meet its future aims.

To increase accuracy, reduce discrepancies and receive more accurately attributed Snap conversions, Tamam worked with OMD to enable the Snap & Adjust Hybrid SRN integration. This is a privacy-centric attribution methodology that more accurately attributes conversions to Snap for both consented and anonymized users in aggregate.

The Results: To Inform Future Budget Allocations

The collaboration was a success, allowing Tamam to effectively identify the behaviors and actions that could be attributed to Snap campaigns. In doing so, it established the volume of installs and in-app loan aquisitions associated with Snapchatters. Between May and July 2024, the brand saw its CPI decrease by 74% and its CPA (Loan acquisitions) decrease by 76% compared to the period between February and April of the same year.¹

The Snapchat & Adjust Hybrid SRN integration has been a gamechanger for Tamam. Our collaboration has not only optimized our budget but also strengthened our overall strategy, driving better results and deepening our partnership.
