Aromatic Increased Spend and Maintained Strong ROAS with Snapchat During Saudi National Day

Aromatic has established a loyal customer base in Saudi Arabia since its launch in 2017. Home to high-end perfumes and related products, the omni-retailer is known for diffusers, oils and fragrances. 

Recently, the brand set itself a goal. While aiming to significantly increase its year-on-year spending during its Saudi National Day campaign, it also wanted to maintain a strong ROAS. That’s where Snapchat came in.



Aromatic’s 360° Approach: Leveraging Full-Funnel Strategy, Media Mix, Multi-Format Capabilities, and Creative Innovation for Success

To achieve its aims, Aromatic opted for a full-funnel approach, focusing on its tracking, media mix, multi-format capabilities and creative approach. To begin, it implemented both online and offline CAPI to optimize data tracking and targeting capabilities. It then leveraged lower, middle, and upper funnel tactics to ensure coverage across all stages of the customer journey.

In order to maximize reach and engagement, the brand employed a variety of ad formats, including AR Lenses, First Stories, Commercials, Snap Ads, Story Ads, and Collection Ads.  While the ads varied in format, they remained loyal to brand messaging; Aromatic is there for the big and small moments. From group gatherings to solo journeys, its product range will always have a place in its consumers’ lives. Throughout its campaign, Aromatic maintained dynamic creative strategy, regularly updating campaign creative to avoid creative fatigue and ensure continued customer engagement.



Incredible Growth, Impressive ROAS, and Record-Breaking Results with Snapchat

Aromatic achieved its aim and celebrated incredible results with Snapchat. Overall, its spending increased by 190.6%, while it maintained an impressive ROAS of 6.52.⁴ Moreover, it achieved an increase of 118.06% on purchases year-on-year and a +132.65% purchase value year on year.
