This year, we’re teaming up with the Clio Awards to celebrate innovations in augmented reality with the AR Specialty Award.
Augmented reality is used to create some of the most immersive ad experiences today, and Snapchat is the industry’s leading platform for innovation in this format. To celebrate and recognize how far the technology has come, we teamed up with the Clio Awards to create the first-ever AR creative award.
The AR Specialty Award is an official Clio Award, co-branded with Snapchat. The standards applied will be consistent with their established process. Entries in this medium will showcase the best in AR advertising, and world-class examples of how the format can be used to immerse audiences in interactive storytelling experiences. One winner will be presented with the award at the 2018 Clio Awards ceremony.
