Powering Agency Success: How Snapchat Is Fueling Client Growth in 2026

Our industry ecosystem is expansive, and agencies sit at the center of it. As our ad platform has evolved, we’ve developed products and programs that benefit agencies of all sizes, and help them drive business results for their clients. Today, we're introducing new Business Manager enhancements and expanding our Indy Agency Partner Program into France and the UK, reinforcing our commitment to helping agencies deliver full-funnel impact for their clients.

Delivering performance for Dave & Busters

Brands lean on agencies to build culture-driving campaigns. Snapchat helps agencies do just that with creative and performant ad-products, like Sponsored Snaps, ads right in the Chat feed, and Promoted Places, which allows brands to drive Snapchatters to physical locations right on the Snap Map.

And, these solutions are driving measurable results for brands. Dave & Buster's and media AOR dentsu X worked together to promote its “Eat & Play Combo.” Dave & Buster's launched a campaign including Promoted Places, Commercials, and Snap Ads, to reach new customers on Snapchat. The multi-format campaign drove a 47% lift in incremental visits and 13% lift in action intent. Commercials specifically drove a 38% lift in ad recall. The full-funnel campaign brought Snapchatters into the Dave & Buster's world, with the brand meeting them at different touchpoints across the app.

New Business Manager enhancements

We’re also introducing several Business Manager enhancements to reduce friction for agencies managing their clients’ Snapchat campaigns. We recently launched Agency Permissions, which allows brands to assign org- and account-level access to agency partners without providing full organizational control, as well as Cross-Organization Audience Sharing. We’re also testing Account Migration and Account Sharing, with plans to roll these out more broadly later this year, to ensure brands and agencies can collaborate more seamlessly.

From folding AI into daily workflows, to optimizing performance campaigns and pulling new channel levers to find incremental audiences, the pace of our industry has never been quite like this. We’re building to help our agency partners around the world be even more creative and agile, so they can deliver truly impactful work for their clients on our platform.

Expanding our Agency Partner Programs

As our third party partner network grows, our Agency and Partner Program Badges are evolving with it. We’re launching updated Agency Partner Badges as well as a unified Partner Badge. Eligible agencies and partners that meet the badge requirements gain access to 1:1 strategic support, campaign optimization guidance, exclusive training resources, and ongoing roadmap insights to help their clients drive impactful results on Snapchat.

Badged or not, agencies of all sizes can join Snapchat’s Agency Partner Programs. With our Indy Agency Partner Program, we provide independent agencies with tools and audience insights so they can add Snapchat to their clients’ media mixes with ease and confidence.

Building on the momentum of our Indy Agency Partner Program in the US, we’re expanding the program into France and the UK, with wider rollouts to other markets to follow. Independent agencies play a critical role in helping brands unlock growth, and expanding this program on a more global scale will empower agencies, accelerate advertiser adoption, unlock new growth opportunities, and strengthen Snapchat’s position in these markets.

Later this year, we’ll launch a Creator Agency Partner Program to bring resources for brands to drive success with Creator Ads on Snapchat. We’ve onboarded 9 pilot partners in the US — including Onefluent, Whalar, a global Creator and social agency, Later, Beeline, a division of ZATV, Wpromote, Open Influence, #paid, Influential, and Influencer — who have already started participating.

Continuing to foster Snapchat’s agency community

As the media landscape evolves at record speed, Snapchat is equipping agencies with the tools and innovation to drive measurable impact. Together with our agency partners, we’re unlocking new opportunities for brands to connect with audiences and turn engagement into real-world growth.
